The Lions wasted no time in signing a number of rookie undrafted free agents and making a few cuts to come under the roster limit of 90.

The NFL Draft is done. Detroit have had, by most accounts, one of the most successful drafts in recent memory.

The NFL Draft is over for 2020. It was a unique experience and I thought it went off (almost) entirely without a hitch.

Day 2 is done. Lions twitter is almost wholly happy. What world are we living in?

So, day 1 is in the books, and Detroit surprised absolutely no-one in selected Jeff Okudah (CB, Ohio State) at No.3.

The NFL 2020 draft starts on Thursday night here in the UK (more accurately Friday morning) and I cannot wait.
